OH MY YMAEWK!
So at 11 last night pumped full of coffee from michelle's i was sitting in front of the computer and trying to find a new band to listen to that i might like. So i went to a website (Props to findmusicplx.com) and went through their list of bands. The first one that caught my attention was a band called "30 foot dinosaur" and i immediately went "OH MY GOD!" and clicked on them. sadly they are a screamo band that hasn't been discovered so the beats are okay at best and their screaming is fuzzy and makes it hard to enjoy them. disappointed i decided to go with a band called "a loss for words". and with a band name like that you expect their music to leave at a loss for words. sadly this is not the case. while their instrumentals are okay, they sadly lack memorable beats and lyrics, and to be honest the lead singers voice annoyed me. Disappointed yet again i decided to try one last band. So instead of starting at the top of the list i went to the bottom, and what should i find but a band called "you, me and everyone we know" with a name like that how could they possibly be bad? the truth? THEY'RE AMAZING! they remind me of a more vulgar ludo! :D i had to contain my excitement and squealing like a little girl as i listened to some of their songs on youtube. the first one i listened to was called "Dirty Laundry" and the lyrics go like this...
I speak as if I'd last one minute
With eyes not fixed upon this screen
Stalking the girls I could never f**k
I mean they're sluts but it seems I lack that luck
And I'm not the man to wash my hands
All alone or acting like we've hit it off
Cause either way I'm just jerkin someone off
Inclined to listen to more i explored into a song called bootstraps

With this i knew instantly i was going to like them. But the deal closers were these;

~ THEY DID A COVER OF BUILD ME UP BUTTERCUP! who cares if it's not as good as the origional?
SO yeah, check them out! especially if you're a fan of The Maine (i'm told they're similar?)

The Opening Blog Post...
Well this is the start of my blog, not sure where i'm going to go with it yet, but who knows. i plan on writing reviews of not only music but of some books too. some well known, some not so much. I'll be doing books and music i love, and books and music i hate. So i hope to getting your support (if any) and enjoy :]
